Terms of use

Your screenshots stay yours. Here is everything else.

Effective 3 July 2026Framewich for iOS / LzCtrl LLC

These terms cover the Framewich app for iOS, published by LzCtrl LLC. Downloading or using the app means you accept them, so it is worth reading them first.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 13 years old to use Framewich. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian to agree to these terms on your behalf.

Your work is yours

You keep every right you already had to the screenshots you import and the images you create with Framewich. LzCtrl LLC claims no ownership of your content, and we do not use your images to promote the app or to train anything.

Because copies of your images live on your device, you are the one holding the original. Keep your own backups of anything that matters. We are not responsible for images lost to a lost or damaged device, a deletion, or the app being removed.

What you agree not to do

  • Do not copy or modify the app, any part of it, or our trademarks, and do not create derivative versions or translations of it.
  • Do not try to extract the source code, decompile it, or otherwise reverse engineer it.
  • Do not use Framewich for anything unlawful, and do not import or create content that infringes somebody else's rights.

The app itself, along with the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property in it, remains the property of LzCtrl LLC.

Keeping your device secure

Framewich stores and processes the images and settings you give it in order to work. Keeping your device and your access to the app secure is up to you. We recommend against jailbreaking your phone, which removes the operating system's own protections and may stop Framewich working correctly or at all.

Connectivity and charges

Editing and exporting work offline. Backing your frames up needs a connection, and we cannot take responsibility for the app running at less than full capability when you have no Wi-Fi or no mobile data left.

Your agreement with your mobile network still applies while you use the app. You may be charged for data, including roaming charges if you use the app outside your home territory with data roaming turned on. Those charges are yours. If somebody else pays the bill for the device, we assume you have their permission to use the app on it.

Price and changes

Framewich is currently free, with no in-app purchases and no subscription. We reserve the right to change the app or to charge for parts of it in future. If that ever happens, we will make it completely clear what you would be paying for before you pay anything.

Updates and availability

The app is available on iOS. System requirements may change over time, and you will need to install updates to keep using it. We may also stop offering the app or end its availability at any time without notice. If that happens, the rights granted to you here end, and you should stop using the app and remove it from your device.

Limits on our responsibility

The app is provided as is. We work to keep it correct and up to date, but we rely on third parties for some of the services that make it available to you, and we accept no liability for loss, direct or indirect, arising from relying wholly on the app working. We also cannot take responsibility for how you use it, including whether your device has enough battery to run it when you need it.

Ideas you send us

If you send us feedback, a bug report or a feature suggestion, we may act on it and build it without owing you payment or credit. You are not giving up any rights to your own images by telling us what you think of the app.

Ending your use

You can stop using Framewich at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. The sections covering ownership and limits on our responsibility survive after you stop using the app.

If part of this does not hold up

If a court decides any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. Nothing here removes consumer rights that the law where you live gives you and does not allow you to waive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. New versions get posted on this page with the effective date updated, and take effect as soon as they are posted. It is worth checking back occasionally.
